You can place the order for flowers with a delivery online on our website, by phone, by online chat with a Customer Service representative and in person.
Yes, you can place your order as a guest, without registering (to do so simply click on the "Place order as a guest" button after you add selected bouquet to the shopping cart). However, we strongly recommend registering - besides placing orders in the future in a very easy way (by selecting the recipient from your address book) there are several other advantages, for instance discount codes, which are sent out before each important occasion such as Valentine's Day, Mothers Day etc., as well as reminders sent out a year after the delivery date.
To make it easier for you we prepared several payment methods, including bank (wire) transfers in Polish zloty and other currencies, credit/debit card payments, PayPal, cash and postal transfer... Proceed to the full info on How to pay for flowers with delivery.
For deliveries to Poland the price of the bouquet includes everything - the message card, all taxes, transaction fees as well as the delivery fee, except for one situation - when our system does not recognize the delivery address, an additional 10 PLN (roughly 2,5 EUR or 3 USD or 2 GBP) charge will be added. This may happen only if the delivery is to a remote location or when the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete (typos, wrong details, no zip code and others). The total order value will be shown after you address the order, before you confirm it and before you open the payment webpage.
  There are also very remote areas in Poland such as mountaint shelters, addresses on islands, small villages in the mountaints and others - in such very rare cases the delivery fee may be higher. Since through all the years (since 1998) we only had 3 such cases (less than 0,0001% orders), it is not something you need to worry about - it is really rare situation. Of course if that would be the case, we will contact you by phone as soon as possible to receive further instructions.
Yes, we can deliver flowers anonymously. We always deliver flowers with a message card (you can provide it's contents while addressing the order). If you do no provide a sign name, the order will be delivered completely anonymously. All of the sender's details, provided while placing the order, are only for our use in case we need to contact the sender - our local florist and the courier will not have access to it, so there is no chance the recipient will know them. If the recipient contacts us to ask about the sender's identity, we will tell them that we are not allowed to reveal any details and we will contact you by email or by phone to receive further instructions.
Yes. To place an order for flowers with delivery personally to the recipient please provide the recipient's phone number when placing the order and select the delivery hours "Unknown, to be confirmed with the recipient". We will call the recipient before we prepare the bouquet to learn what delivery hours would be the best, of course we will not spoil the surprise - we will not reveal it is about flowers, we will only tell the recipient that we are calling from a courier company and that we have a package to deliver. Of course we cannot be responsible if the recipient is not at the provided address during the delivery hours they confirmed.
Yes. To order flowers without the recipient's address it is required to provide the recipient's phone number and to select the delivery hours "Unknown, to be confirmed with the recipient". We will call the recipient before we prepare the bouquet to learn what delivery hours would be the best, of course we will not spoil the surprise - we will not reveal it is about flowers, we will only tell the recipient that we are calling from a courier company and that we have a package to deliver. Of course we cannot be responsible if the recipient provides us with incorrect delivery address. Since our system will not allow to place an order before you fill all the address fields, please type in question marks into the required fields ("?????") or contact our Customer Service Center to place the order by phone.
If there is less than 1 bussiness day till the delivery date, it might be easier and faster to pay with a quick bank transfer using Transferuj.pl/PayU or via PayPal or with a credit or debit card. We will receive such transfer within 5 minutes.
  A regular bank transfer to our account will be processed within half of a bussiness day. We can process the order after we receive such transfer to our account or after we receive a bank transfer confirmation (you can send it by email to linkflora@linkflora.pl or by fax to +48 22 300 11 99). This way we will not have to wait until our account is credited, we will be able to process the order for delivery right away.

Bank (wire) transfers in EUR are processed within from half a bussiness day til 22 bussiness days (depending on the bank and time when the transfer is placed). If there is less than 2 bussinesss days till the delivery date we suggest to send us a bank confirmation (by email in PDF file to linkflora@linkflora.pl or by fax to +48 22 300 11 99). This way we will not have to wait until our account is credited, we will be able to process the order for delivery right away.

We can deliver flowers on any day, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and most public holidays!
  When placing an order you are able to select: - same day delivery: we can deliver your order even in 2 hours if we receive the order and the payment until 5 pm Polish time (except for orders for Sundays, which need to be placed by 5 pm on Saturday). - delivery on next day or later: you are able to select any future date, including Sundays and most public holidays (excluding the mentioned below 12 days each year).
  Even if the cut-off time above has passed please contact our Customer Service Center to find out if it would be possible to make an exception - some of our local shops are open later than others and the delivery on the same day may still be possible.
  
Our system will not let you place an order on our website for delivery on only 12 days during each year: January 01 (New Year), January 06 (Epiphany), April 01 and 02 (Easter), May 01 (Labor's Day), May 03 (Constitution Day), May 20, May 31 (Corpus Christi), August 15 (Polish Armed Forces Day), November 01 (All Saints), November 11 (Independence Day), December 25 and 26 (Christmas). This is due to the fact that 99% of local florists are closed on these days. However, in select locations the delivery on these days may be possible. Please contact our Customer Service Center to learn more.
When addressing the order you will be prompted to select any 2-hour time span between 9 am and 9 pm; deliveries before 9 am and after 9 pm are also possible, but they need to be confirmed with our Customer Service Center beforehand. Also, the selected 2-hour delivery time-span will remain suggested (not guaranteed) unless it is confirmed with our Customer Service Center. When addressing the order you are also able to provide further instructions and requests in the "Special instructions" field (for instance "please deliver between 9 am and 2 pm" or "please deliver as early as possible" or "please deliver as close to 2:30 pm as possible").
  We strongly suggest to select the "delivery hours unknown, to be confirmed with the recipient" option. We will call the recipient before we prepare the bouquet to learn what delivery hours would be the best, of course we will not spoil the surprise - we will not reveal it is about flowers, we will only tell the recipient that we are calling from a courier company and that we have a package to deliver. If we will not be able to reach the recipient (number busy or no answer), we will call you to ask for further instructions.
  For all special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day Mother's Day or Christmas) there may be additional restrictions to the delivery hours available (some of the delivery hours may be unavailable when placing the order).
For deliveries to funerals and weddings we guarantee deliveries at a requested, specific time.
  When placing the order you will be prompted to select any of the 2-hour delivery time-spans between 9 am and 9 pm, but you will also be able to additionally provide more specific instructions in the "Special instructions" field (you can type in for instance "please deliver as close to 10:15 am as possible"). We are unable to guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all requests, but we will do our best.
  In all other than funerals and weddings deliveries it is also possible to deliver at a requested, specific time, but due to the delivery schedules if this is critically important for you, we would ask you to contact our Customer Service Center to confirm this.
In such case we strongly suggest to select the "delivery hours unknown, to be confirmed with the recipient" option. Before we prepare the bouquet we will call the recipient to learn what are the best delivery hours and we will deliver accordingly. While calling we will not spoil the surprise - we will only tell the recipient that we are calling from a courier company and that we have a package to deliver. If we will not be able to reach the recipient (incorrect number or no answer), we will call you to ask for further instructions.
  If you do not know the recipient's phone number, please select the evening hours as it is more likely for the recipient to be back home in the evening. If the recipient will not be available during the delivery attempt, we will try to leave the flowers with neighbors. We can also leave the flowers at the front door or the bouquet may be sent back to the florist shop, but in that case there may be an additional delivery fee (usually such fee is from 10 to 30 PLN, depending on the delivery address).
  When placing an order you can also use the "Special instructions" field to provide us with details how we should proceed (for instance: "if noone is home, please leave flowers with the security").
Yes, we can deliver flowers (wreaths, sprays, bouquets and other arrangements) for funerals. Such delivery is possible to the home address of the family, to a funeral home, or to the cemetary or church (chapel) where the funeral ceremony will be held. When placing the order please provide all the details (you can type in the funeral home name or church/chapel name in the "Company name" field; if you do not know the house number please type in a question mark "?" into the "House number" field as our system will not let you place the order with an empty "House number" field). Please use the "Special instructions" field to inform us about the time when the funeral starts, deceased's name and other details.
  We have one more option which we believe is the most convenient both for you and the deceased's family: if you provide us with a phone number to the family, we can call them and confirm whether they would like us to deliver the flowers to their home address or directly to the church/chapel or cemetary (in such case our courier can put the flowers in the church next to the coffin). This is very convenient for the family since they would not have ot worry about transporting the flower arrangement to the funeral, which can be problematic.
If you are not sure if the recipient will be home, please consider selecting the "delivery hours unknown, to be confirmed with the recipient" option. In such case before we prepare the bouquet we will call the recipient to learn what are the best delivery hours and we will deliver accordingly. While calling we will not spoil the surprise - we will only tell the recipient that we are calling from a courier company and that we have a package to deliver. If we will not be able to reach the recipient (number busy or no answer), we will call you to ask for further instructions.
  If the recipient is not be available, we would leave the flowers with coworkers or roommates. If noone is at the provided address, we will try to leave the flowers with neighbors. We can also leave the flowers at the front door or the bouquet may be sent back to the florist shop, but in that case there may be an additional delivery fee (usually such fee is from 10 to 30 PLN, depending on the delivery address).
  When placing an order you can also use the "Special instructions" field to provide us with details how we should proceed.
In our standard (regular) offer you may select a glass vase, ceramic pot, Teddy Bear, box of chocolates in three sizes (small, medium, luxury), fruits basket, sweets basket, fruits and sweets basket). However, we are able to deliver almost any other addon (supplement), in the past we delivered flowers with jewelry, video game console, plasma TV, chair and many others. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Center to learn what else is possible.
Yes, you can type in the message card contents while placing the order. The standard (regular) message card is free.
Yes, we can add a personalized funeral ribbon for free to all of the funeral arranegments from Funeral and Sympathy category. The ribbon may be hand-written by our floristm but it also may be printed (depending on the delivery address). To add a ribbon please type in "Ribbon:" followed by the text to be put on the ribbon into the "Message card contents" field when placing the order. Please try to keep the text for the ribbon as short as possible, ribbons with texts longer than 50-60 characters look bad. The most popular ribbon texts are: "Rest in peace - family from New York", "With last goodbye - Grandson Patrick with family". Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Center for help with the text. You can also ask us to translate the message card or the ribbon to Polish by typing in such request into the "Special instructions" field.
Yes, we are the only Polish florist chain of this size in Poland that accepts special orders. Such orders may be for flowers and bouquets that are not available in our regular/standard offer, but also for special flowers imported from Netherlands or Ecuador, special and artistic arrangements and special addons (supplements). In the past we were able to accommodate various special requests, such as 50 bouquets delivered on the same day 5 minutes apart, delivery of 30 bouquets at the same time by elegantly dressed couriers in white gloves, arrangements made of several hundreds but also above 1000 roses, floral arranegements shaped in customer's company logo and many others. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Center to learn more or place a special order.
To minimalize the risk of substitution we kindly ask you to place your order well in advance - the sooner we will be able to process your order, the smaller the risk some of the flowers will not be available.
  All our arrangements are hand-made just before delivery by our master florists in our local florist shops, using cut flowers. Due to the fact that these are live cut flowers that are not possible to "stock up", as well as due to the natural differences between flowers (stage of blooming, colors) as well as due to an aindividual style of each of the florists and regional availability of flowers, greenery and decorations, sometimes (especially for arrangements with mixed flowers) we need to substitute some of the flowers in order to keep the delivery date. This is why we are not able to guarantee the bouquet will look exactly as on the photo - this is sometimes impossible. Please also note that to prepare the photos we use flowers in full bloom, while we try to deliver flowers in buds or in early stage of blooming (the blooms are smaller in the moment of delivery, but the flowers will look better much longer).
  In the description of some of the bouquets (for instance Lots of Colors bouquet) there is a note, that the photo only shows an example how the bouquet may look like - in such cases the delivered bouquet may look different.
  For other bouquets such as bouquets with only roses or with only tulips, the bouquet will most likely look almost exactly the same (except for maybe decorations and stage of blooming).
  While substituting the flowers we always try to use flowers that are as much alike the original ones as possible, to keep the colors, looks, size and the value of the bouquet. We try to use the same greenery, but this is not always possible due to regional availability. We guarantee however that our florists will do their best to make sure the delivered bouquet is as beautiful as possible, made of the freshest flowers available.
  If you place an order for bouquet with only roses or with only tulips and similar, if the selected color will not be available, we will contacr you by phone or by email to receive further instructions.
  Please remember about the "Special instructions" field - into this field you can type in any instructions regarding the bouquet, flowers and colors - for instance "colors very important, but you can substitute flowers" or "please use the same color of the ribbon" or "please use lilies in the bouquet, colors do not matter". Such instructions will help our florist understand what is important for you.
While placing the order please provide the correct address. If you are not sure what to type in into each of the fields the easiest solution is to enter question marks ??? into each of the field required by system and then copy and paste the address into the Additional Information field, just below the message card.
  Polish addresses look like this: (ul. or ulica) Marszałkowska 1/22, 00-634 Warszawa, where: "ul." or "ulica" means street, Marszałkowska is the street name, 1 is the house number, 22 is the apartment number, 00-634 is the zip code and Warszawa is the town/city name.
If you are not sure how to address a funeral order please either contact our Customer Service Center or simply type in question marks ???????? into all fields required by system (such as street name, house number and the city) and then provide the delivery details in the Additional Information field (just below the message card): we would need to know the delivery addresss, where we are supposed to deliver the flowers including the information whether it is a church or chapel or family address or cemetary or funeral home; the deceased's first and last name and finally the exact time when the funeral starts.
  If you do not know the address, date or time when the funeral starts: in such case please provide us with a phone number to the family or friend of the deceased's person - we will call them, we will inform them we have flowers for the funeral and we will ask them how to deliver the order.
  To correctly address an order with a delivery to a funeral (to a church, chapel or funeral home) please provide: the deceased's person first and last name into the first name and last name fields, depending on the situation "cemetery" or "chapel" or "church" into  the "company name" field, in the address fields (street name, house number, zip code and city) please provide the address (if you are not sure about the house number please simply enter a question mark ?); in the recipient's phone number please provide the phone number to the family of the deceased's person or the church/cemetary phone number. Finally please provide the exact time the funeral ceremony starts in the Additional Information field (just below the message card).
