During the phone call our representatives will ask about all necessary details such as: the selected bouquet, sender details, recipient details, message card contents, delivery date and hours, etc.
How to pay for an order placed by phone
You have exactly the same payment methods available as if you placed your order online. The moment the order is saved in our system you will receive an order placement confirmation email with a link to the payment page. We can also charge a credit/debit card by phone.
