How to pay?
Below you can find a payment method list with a short description. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Center if anything is unclear!
You will be able to select the payment method after you place your order (our system will automatically redirect you to the payment webpage) or later by clicking the payment link, which you will find in order placement confirmation email (sent to you automatically the moment you place your order).
If the payment does not go through for any reason, you do not have to place another order. Until the order stays unpaid the payment link will always open the payment webpage (you will be able to select the same method or to change the method).

Online payment with a credit (debit) card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express and some of Maestro cards) is one of the most popular payment methods mainly due to the high security as well as quickness. After you select this payment method you will be redirected to a secure payment form, where you will be prompted to provide the credit/debit card details. The authorization will be processed using a secure SSL connection.
Possible currency for this method: any currency (the bank will automatically convert the amount from Polish zloty PLN to the currency that the card was issued in).
How long it takes before we receive the payment: 5-10 seconds.
Transaction fee for this method: none, the transaction fee is included in the bouquet price.
You can pay for the order through PayPal not only when you have a PayPal account, but also with a credit/debit card as a guest (without registering in the PayPal system).
Possible currency for this method: any currency (PayPal will automatically convert the amount from Polish zloty PLN to the currency that the card/account is in).
How long it takes before we receive the payment: 1-5 minutes.
Transaction fee for this method: none, the transaction fee is included in the bouquet price.
You can pay for the order with a credit (debit) card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express and some of Maestro cards) by phone. Our representative will ask about all necessary details and will connect to one of the biggest credit card processors in Europe - Polcard - to authorize the payment, using s secure SSL connection. The credit card details will be used only for this single payment and will not be stored for security reasons.
Possible currency for this method: any currency (the bank will automatically convert the amount from Polish zloty PLN to the currency that the card was issued in).
How long it takes before we receive the payment: 5-10 seconds.
Transaction fee for this method: none, the transaction fee is included in the bouquet price.
You can also pay for the order with a bank transfer in EUR or USD. After you select these methods you will see all of the necessary details such as bank account number, Swift/Bic code, etc. Additionally these details will be sent to you by email. You can also find them in the Help section: the bank details for USD/EUR bank transfers.
Possible currency for this method: EUR and USD.
How long it takes before we receive the payment: EUR: 1-2 bussiness days, USD: 2-3 bussiness days, but we can also process your order faster if you send us a bank transfer confirmation by email in PDF file to linkflora@linkflora.pl or by fax to +48 22 300 11 99.
Transaction fee for this method: none, the transaction fee is included in the bouquet price (however your bank may charge for the transfer).
You can pay for the order in any other currency. In such case please contact our Customer Service Center (by phone, by email, by online chat). Our representatives will tell you the price in the selected currency as well as they will send you all the bank account details by email.
Possible currency for this method: any currency (NOK, SEK, GBP, CHF or any other currency).

Quick bank wire transfer in Polish zloty is a very convenient method, as this will be completed in less than 5 minutes. The payment is sent to a Trasferuj/PayU account and they immediately notify us about the payment status and then we are able to process the order.
Possible currency for this method: Polish zloty (PLN).
How long it takes before we receive the payment: few seconds (possible delay up to 5 minutes for some of the banks).
Transaction fee for this method: none, the transaction fee is included in the bouquet price.
We also accept payments by cash: at any bank, at any postal office or at our office. The details for such payment will be shown after you select this payment method, they will also be sent by email. All the details are exactly the same as for bank transfer in PLN and you can also find them in the Help section: details for bank transfer (cash payment) in PLN.
