How to order flowers to Poland?

The quickest method would be to place the order online on our website, with the second quickest being to place the order for flowers by phone.
Below you can find a detailed step-by-step guide on how to place the order online on our website. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Center for help and assistance.
- Select the bouquet and addons and add them to the shopping cart
- Sender details (login or place the order as a guest)
- Recipient details
- Delivery date and hours
- Message card (funeral ribbon) contents and special instructions
- Order summary, confirm your order
- Payment
- It is the most convenient to browse the selection of the bouquets by categories (occasions, colors, flowers, prices) - you can see the list of the most popular categories at the top of the page.
- You can see a bigger photo of the bouquet as well as the description on the selected bouquet's page by clicking on the small photo.
- We also accept special orders (for bouquets, arrangements and addons not in the regular offer).
- After you choose the bouquet please select addons (supplements) and click on the "Add to the cart" button to see the shopping cart summary.
- You can have as many addons and bouquets in the shopping cart as you like - but they will be delivered to the same recipient.
- If you want to place orders for more than 1 recipient, please first add the bouquet and addons for the first recipient to the shopping cart and proceed to address the order. Before you confirm the order and proceed to the payment please add the bouquet and addons for the second recipient to the shopping cart and proceed to address the second order.
- If the summary is correct, you can proceed to address the order.
- Two options are available: placing an order as a guest (without registering) and login (after registering first). Placing the order as a guest is a little quicker, but please see the registration benefits.
- After you select the "place the order as a guest" button you will be prompted to provide all your details (they will be only for our use in case we need to contact you regarding the order, they will not be revealed to the recipient in any circumstances). The details we need are: your first and last name, country, phone number.

- As an option you can also provide your company details for a commercial VAT (tax) invoice.
- Please provide the recipient details (first and last name, address, phone number).
- If the delivery is to a bussiness address, please also provide the company/office name.
- If you want to send flowers to a funeral please provide the cemetary or church (chapel) or funeral home name and add the deceased person's first and last name in the "Special instructions" field.
- You can also send flowers without the recipient address.
- You will be prompted to select the delivery date as well as the suggested delivery hours - please read more about possible flowers delivery schedules in Poland in the Help section.
- You can also request us to confirm the delivery hours with the recipient.
- If you want the flowers to be delivered at a requested time (for instance to funerals and weddings) please select the morninig delivery hours time-span and add a detailed instruction to the "Special instructions" field (for instance "the funeral starts at 3:30 pm").
- You will be prompted to provide the message card contents (300 characters including spaces maximum). If you want to send a longer message card, please contact Customer Service Center.
- If you want to send a funeral arrangement with funeral ribbon: please provide the text for the ribbon in the "Message card contents" field but please add the "Ribbon"" word before the text (for instance: "Ribbon: Rest in peace - Jacek with family".
- You can type in any further instructions regarding the order or the bouquet in the "Special instructions" field, for instance: "please do not use any lilies in the bouquet" or "please deliver as early as possible" or "please change the colors of the bouquet to red".
- After you provide all the recipient and delivery details please proceed to the order summary to check if all the details are correct.
- At this stage it is possible to provide a discount code (the discount codes are sent to our registered users).
- The moment you click on the "Confirm order and proceed to the payment" button a payment page will be displayed and we will send you an order placement confirmation email with a link to the payment page as well as the tracking page.
- If the payments does not go through, there is no need to place another order - the link to the the payment page (in the order placement confirmation email) will open up the payment page as long as the order remains unpaid.
- You can pay for the order with a credit/debit card, PayPal account, bank (wire) transfer in PLN, EUR, USD, GBP, CHF and any other currency or by cash. Please see the full article on how to pay for flowers with delivery.
